I had a realtor contact me today and send me this picture. It has been caused by the drain pan from the attic air handler. My question to everyone is, does it appear that calcium stains are mixed in with the rust stains as well?
If this is the case, would it be best to treat for rust first with F9 BARC and then follow up with with F9 Efflo/Calcium remover, or would it be the reverse order? Or would the order not matter?
Also, once one treatment has been completed, can I "immediately" follow up with the other, or should I wait several hours and return??
Thanks in advance, Mark

Hi Gordon,
Thanks for confirming my intuition regarding this staining.
Unfortunately, now that you are back, I think you may find this forum has one foot in the grave and the other foot on a banana peel. Only two of us have posted ANYTHING on here since about August 2018!! What a shame, it was such a great place to share ideas, research information, and both receive and give constructive input. Hope it picks back up. I'll keep checking back in to see if there's any other signs of life.
Thanks again, Gordon! Mark

Hi Mark, I know what you mean. Too much Facebook any more, I guess.
The order of use according to Craig Harrison is Double Eagle, then Efflo, then Barc processes, in that order.
Page 64 of the F9 Cookbook is for the vertical Efflo application, and page 12 walks you through the concrete slab process.
This F9 Cookbook is amazing. There are several steps in there where you want to neutralize with the Double Eagle.
I saw it work in December, but I don't even have a non electric pressure washer, yet.
Still recovering from cancer and don't want to invest, yet.
But I bought the Cookbook. That will go to my kids, later...

Hi Vic!
Thanks for the "Cookbook" info. I've been contemplating investing in it every now and then.
I PM'd AC on Facebook and he told me that "Facebook killed the forums". I don't really know what that means and why it would cause everyone to immediately leave the SoftWash forum, but it sucks.
Glad you're 'recovering', and I will intercede in prayer for you, believing for complete victory over cancer. Every disease MUST bend it's knee and yield at the mighty name of Jesus, and right now I speak to that cancer and command it, in the Might Name of Jesus Christ, to leave you and never return!!
Blessings, Vic!

A thousand thank you's to you, Mark!
I am good! Lazy is not a sickness...
I hope you do buy the cookbook. It is so excellent. Step by step
This is still an excellent resource. Love the search feature. Many, many new problems or questions can be answered with searches.
Let's keep it viable and vital...
Hook up on Facebook, and thank you for your prayers!

I sent you a friend request from both my FB accounts.
I do a lot of joking or politicking. That is what I'm best at! :)
