Totally different than anything we've ever seen before. Absolutely the BEST EVER!
Really special to see all the new faces at the event. Lots of talent and ambition. I'm hoping we see all of our new community members right here on the BB.

Having missed last year- it was so great to see everyone and to be back in the Softwash vibe. This year was as great as my first Softwashpalooza in 2013.

It sounds like those of us who missed it this year missed out BIG! To those of you who did go, what was your main takeaway (or three) from the week?

There were two things that struck me as most useful. First and foremost was Howard Partridge's presentation. I just signed up for his Cleaners program and it seems like exactly what I need. I usually don't "bite" on stuff like this right away- just ask A.C.- it took me two years to "buy in" to SWS. The second piece of useful info was A.C's social media presentation. That motivated me to get my digital house in order.
As always, SWPLZA has great technical and business system info. Aside form that, and perhaps more importantly, it can be a great motivator, and an excellent chance to connect with others that are going through the same things you are, both good and bad. To hear about others successes and challenges, and to learn form them- that is the real value, the nuts-and-bolts business content is just icing on the cake.
I was going to skip this year for the first time since 2013, and I'm sure glad I didn't.

Thanks for sharing, Tim & Chad! It's great to hear what action steps you're taking already. I'll have to look into some of those things you mentioned.
Anyone else? Nuggets of business wisdom or key challenges/takeaways?

Jeff,
I think this was meant to be directed at me...? If so I really appreciate the invitation. It would be great to chat and pick your brain. I know you've come a long way in a few years and have some rich wisdom to share.

My take away from the event was systems! This was best event I have ever been too. The instructors really raised the bar and we didn't even talk about bleach and soap!
