Could someone PM me an answer versus posting a price in the open forums please?
I've primarily focused on roof cleaning and house washing, but twice this week I've been asked to provide quotes for cleaning sidewalks, and I don't have a clue where to price this per foot. I'm assuming this would be a range based from lightly stained to possibly requiring a no-no blaster to "mow the lawn".

Residential. I just wasn't sure what range to even start my pricing. I've had a few people send me some very helpful PM's.

We are usually around same sf price as roof. We are cleaning sidewalks on 80% of our jobs. Even if not dirty its nice to let the cleaner soak into the surface for a deep cleaning. The most important thing is to let homeowner know there will be some browing of grass 1 - 2" from edge. Grass comes back quickly. It also isn't the same immediate clean. It keeps getting cleaner as it rains. I tell my guys to do a strong rinse on 12"x12" so homeowner will see results after some rains.

Thank you Tim,
I'd been focusing primarily on roof cleaning, but this is a great addon.
