Hi guys, I own a roofing/gutter business and I was thinking about becoming safe wash certified however I did have some questions. I live in Fairfield county in Connecticut and I clearly see a need for soft wash cleaning on a lot of the roofs in the area. I'm just wondering how you would figure out how much to charge and how much chemical you are using for an average size roof. Just trying to get an understanding and breakdown of costs so I can figure out my return on investment and if this is a profitable business idea. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Daren,
Pricing is very regional and based upon the local standard of living and what the market will bear. You will easily be charging almost twice what we do here in Florida. Also one gallon of finsihed softwashing solution will cover between 100 & 200 square feet based on pitch of surface and degree of staining.
