My son and I spent some time with Ed at Orlando last week. We mostly used it to confirm estimates and then not 100%. We are making a commitment to fully use every feature. We are definitely pushing the review request feature. Also don't forget to be friends with them and to share his Facebook posts about felons etc. I just shared. I can always count on a few from Philly

I also spent some time with him. Great guy. We are in the same position as you Tim, trying to get better at getting those reviews. That's a great feature of the product that we are not fully utilizing.
He also helped me get some things straight with our account and said that there should be a few minor improvements to the mobile app in the near future that will help with inserting the window of time into the template for each particular service visit. From what I understood when I talked to him, right now the only way to use the window of time function is on a computer.
