We were recently contracted to SoftWash the Gresham City Hall building, as well as perform window restoration on over 350 panes of glass on this 3-story building. Here is a 6 minute video showing how to restore glass (depending on severity of the stain) using OneRestore.
Hope it helps you out there!

That's awesome, Brandon! Looks like your chosen method ended up working out really well. Did you use the OneRestore at full strength in the pump up sprayer or did you dilute?

OneRestore is awesome stuff. In my opinion, it is one of three non-SoftWash System chemicals to have on hand all the time, along with F9 and Taginator graffiti remover.

Yes Josh - 100% strength. Note that it will change paint color, possibly interact with powdercoating, and will also brighten aluminum. So as a minimum do a test spot inconspicuously, and make sure and rinse thoroughly.
For reference - 1 gallon covered about 8 of these sized windows (200 sq. ft?). We bought a 55 gallon drum for this job! You will use more if the stains are bad.
