Looking at tool boxes for the bed of my truck, for mounting my battery bank and charger, and the other side for carrying stuff. Any advice on style/ depth/ door opening type?
Thanks in advance!

I have used a ton of different boxes. Weatherguard have been the best. Yes they cost more but they will last. I would coat it in something, hotshot or the like. I prefer the deep boxes to the shallow ones. You can, depending on battery type, double stack the batteries and still have room ontop or bottom. Shallow boxes are too limiting.

We have a couple of different boxes, but they all have good depth and a single lid. I also prefer the top to sit 5-6 inches above the bed rail. This gives you a little extra storage room in the side bins.
Lowe's has as fair a price as anyone.

I agree with Bob. Dont get the flush mount or low profile ones. Deep and tall is the way to go.
