Aloha, i have this small 2 story building located in the heart of downtown. Can anyone help me ? Do I need a permit ? Should I do this one at night because of high traffic and pedestrians? Any help would be great guys.
Permits depend on local city requirements. I would go to local building permits office and ask them. Most likely not needed, but maybe if you put orange safety cones to close sidewalk it may be needed. Main thing is you have to account for water run off, as it can not go down the storm drain or there may be fines. You may be able to sweep/blow water along sidewalk to dry or wet vacuum and dispose down sanitary sewer. Best to check local requirements. Thats maybe a two hour job tops, so start early and be done spraying by 7 AM.

Thanks Tim I'll be calling city permits on Monday I figured bout 2-3 hrs my concern is run off mostly because the gutters go straight to underground so I have to make sure it's going to sewer not ocean since ocean is two blocks away.

You may need to do a traffic plan because to treat the building and have a safety buffer around it you may need to close down a traffic lane. This is called an MOT plan. (not sure what the M O T stands for).
