Does anyone have any suggestions for a warranty? This is a 50 year metal roof the Mennonites or Amish put on a guys home. It looks like a shingle roof but comes in panels, their cleaning instructions look like they may have came from VALSPAR. The roof is 13 years old. I uploaded their cleaning instructions they gave him for anyone curious as to how they recommend cleaning them. I think our process is a whole lot easier. :) But I noticed the 5 year softwash warranty doesn't cover coated metal roofs and this one is coated metal. Thank You!!
We only warranty asphalt based shingles. Everything else can be unpredictable, based on region, exposure, age, surface type, pitch, shading, etc.....

I think one of the reasons it is so hard to predict algae regrowth on things like this is if there are voids behind panels, seams, and joints, algae can be growing on the back side, and there is little we can do about it. I have this issue with siding that has been let go too long. I usually just say that unfortunately we can't warranty, explain why, but assure them our method is the best way possible.
