Here's a demo I did for a customer on a very conspicuous area of their metal roof, right over their front porch. They had used pressure washers (for $500) in the past to blast away at their roof and said they couldn't justify the $2400 to SoftWash.
I used a 3% CH solution, sprayed, agitated, rinsed, then applied bleach wash to neutralize and act as a final buffering agent. They were blown away and committed to the whole job. Their next door neighbor came over and saw the demo patch while we were wrapping up and, having the exact same kind of roof, also pulled the trigger on his roof for $1500.
Sometimes going the extra mile for a customer goes a long way to closing the deal... Demos sell!!
Looks great Brandon. I have a question....with a metal roof do you rinse it off after you treat it or use bleach wash?

Rule # 5, Find someone with enough authority to allow you to do a demo but not enough smarts to realize where you are going to put it!

He asked me to do a patch in the back, but I pointed out that the front porch was the worst on the building and we should see how well it works there.

Nice redirect there Brandon, and beautiful work! If you cropped out the dirty roof, that looks like a brand new (if not better) metal roof!

Brandon:
Your work looks great.
I have a roof that almost looks identical. The owner would like to get the roof back to the original color and shine.
Would you mind emailing me your workflow and ingredients?
