You need to find out what is is first. It looks like TPO, but might be PVC or even White EPDM. All these surfaces can be cleaned, but you need to bid it correctly, as they all clean differently. Especially white EPDM, it will be chalky. And PVC will have larger weft scrim inside the sheet that will cause dirt to settle there. Cal me with questions.

How are things going for you...we need to get together sometime soon and talk about a plan for our area
I was wondering if anyone had some advise for me on how to approach this roof. What ratio mix...I was thinking 2%?
Also should I use green wash or terra wash or both? Would I rinse the roof all down after I spray? This may be my first project and I dont know
if I will be over my head on this one. Any help would be appreciated.
