Great pics Ray. Curious what was their primary motivation to clean? Energy or was the roof visible from another building?

Steve, keeping the white membrane or TPO roofs clean is often a matter of maintaining the warranty.
Big business is the southern states for energy savings, as well.

Bob is correct, this was to maintain their warranty!

Thanks guys. I think i better order 4 more skids!
Ray, if you don't mind sharing some more of the details on this project like the mix you used, did you have to rinse, time it took and overall size. You can call me directly if you prefer. 805-797-3634. Thanks again!

Steve I don't mind sharing the details at all. Roof was washed at 1.5% and Greenwash. Application to roof and equipment walls took approximately 2 hours. Rinsing would take approximately the same amount of time however in this instance God took care of the rinsing for us with a nice rainstorm that evening. I did the whole building, and had planned on encountering some rain during that project.
Whole project was north of 5000, less than 7k, took crew of 4 guys 12 hours.

Thanks Ray. One more question- Approx. what was the size of the roof and if you were contracted to do it only, what would you consider a fair price for it?

25000-30000 square feet, in my market $1800 would've been a very fair price for that roof as a standalone project, however I could just as easily justify $3000 for it as well.

Ray,
I know this is an older post, so I hope you see my question.
I've got a potential customer with a membrane roof who would like to know if there is any source of literature that will assure him that our process will not damage his membrane roof?
Are you aware of any such literature I could forward him? Would it come from ARMA, or from a membrane manufacturer directly????
