Well not my rig really, but does this count as it is where I will be parking my rigs? Last year we moved from my garage to a small warehouse where I could just park two trucks side by side with a SH tank in front. Small office but not somewhere I would want to really work. It was nice having a warm spot to park the trucks and not worry about winterizing.
I attached a photo of our new warehouse. 38 x 38 with two big garage doors. The offices are upstairs and about 10 x 38 with three rooms. $975/month. We are putting a modified SoftWash Systems office system in. We are mounting a metal rod around office and will be hanging monitors, maps and folders from it. One wall is 18' and we are running hardwood plywood 2' x 18' and around the corner a little to make the desks, which are setting on some file cabinets that we got at Target. We will use a combination of multi-part forms(in case I find the ideal salesman that is older/seasoned) and paperless/web-based dispatching/estimating.
We are also opening a small satellite location in Phoenixville, PA next week. - Just a 10 x 20 storage unit to store 500 gallons of SH. This will let us hit lower Bucks and Montgomery county(this is why I need paperless). One of my lead techs moved there over the winter, so I have an experienced guy on the truck)
The plan is to have 3 crews running - 2 crews Gen II and 1 crew Gen I with the option of putting the little twin pump system on a truck or rental truck if needed.
That looks awesome Tim! Congrats and good luck with your area plans! V/r jeff

Wow, this looks perfect. Great find for that price! I am very curious about your paper/electronic system. I have the "seasoned" salesman and need a solid system. Could I call you about it?

Great new place, really like your price. Sure wish we had those prices here. That size space is now going for 1500 a month.

Congrats, Tim! How nice to separate your work space from your home. Can you post some more pictures of the warehouse once it's all set up? It would be great to see how you lay it out with tank and equipment.
