Ok I have come across a problem that has me stumped , was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem.?
I have tried BT 200, EBC even go out the "no no blaster" but not having enough results.
The build up seems waxy and I hesitate to use anything that will dilute the coating.
My original thought was just to recoat the driveway, but unfortunately it needs to be 65 degrees or better and that's not anytime in the near future in Pennsylvania.
The home is supposed to go on the market next week so any reply would be appreciated.

Matt,
Tire dressings are mostly silicone based. Try acetone or xylene to break it down

Did AC's suggestion work for you, Matt?

I tried a couple of acetone based items like brake cleaners and straight acetone it did break down but not good enough for my purposes. I ended up using an acrylic based coating with 1 Hour ddry time on a 60 degree day and that worked well and adhered to the affected area.

Yes, it looks like new, but I wonder what it looked like before...
