AC, could we see some pics when these start rolling off the line, please. I am interested in lots of detailed close ups of the differences in the machines, as well as ones that show fabrication quality

Here are a few shots.
The Aluminum Cradle Skid now has fewer welds. We got rid of these because of stress points possibly cracking the welds and also making the cradle break down more for shipping. The tie rod design was reversed so that a single square tube runs from top to bottom out of the ladder racks, through the cradle arms into the lower skid. These come 50" and can be trimmed to fit your bed height vs. cab height.
The cradle arms now have www.SoftWashSystems.com water jetted into them. We have also gone over to a square tank design that allows us to fin four 50 gallon tanks on a skid. The skid comes with two, a SoftWash Systems Mixing Tank and a SoftWash Systems Bulk Storage Tank. Then you have two more positions for expansion. These tanks have Graduated Tank Straps (patent pending) that secure the tanks as well as have the gallon graduations water jetted right into the straps.
The new SoftWash System Mixing Tank has a covered valve manifold with an etched control panel that houses our Direct Positive Injection System. Now all valves are curbside and in one place on the system.
Uber cool item is all of the system breaks down for shipping onto the 36" x 72" aluminum lower skid for shipping. The lower skid has a large single pocket for fork lifts as well as pallet jacks.
Side bed rail arms extended to 10" so that hose reels can be added to the side as well as some of the rail extends over the side of the truck bed for protecting the bed from hoses etc.

There is still so much more to list.
