Anyone ever removed heavy amounts of paint from concrete?
Approximately 1,000 sq. ft. in a warehouse. I'm initially thinking a chemical paint stripper, following by scraping/vacuuming, followed by surface cleaning.
Don't know however if grinding will be needed...
Approximate pricing would be fantastic - looking for any and all advice/help. This is for a customer who provides me a lot of work - so I'd love to keep myself on her A-list.
Dumond chemicals make a great product called peel away, that I have used recently. It is funny, because I just got a call today from a previous client that asked for a quote for removing and cleaning a paints garage floor. The stuff isn't cheap, like $200 bucks a 5 gallon, but it doEs work. just figure only half the coverage they publish, because you have to put it on really thick for good results.

Thanks John - they look like they offer some great products. I'll shoot them an email with some advice. Appreciate that!
Any thoughts on pricing? I'm thinking around $2 sq. ft. (product cost is about .50 per sq. ft.) to roll on, scrape and PW as a finish step.

2 bucks would work. I would try 2.25/SF and feel them out, just so you have a little room. just remember that you will use double the product

I bid it at $3 per sq. ft. Chem cost alone is $1 per sq. ft. We'll see if they decide to do it.
