bidding a cedar lake house, man does not want it lighten up in color, but is dirty with cobwebs, and dust, what do you guy's think I need to do on bidding it or just stay away from it?

I say bid. 1% mix shouldn't affect the wood at all! but will take care of everything else. Add some extra Green Wash for the spider webs.

Do you have any pictures Red? Are there any stains or sealers on the siding right now?

Remember start low and slow. Then bump the mix up only if needed. Like Jeff said 1%.

thanks for the info guys, the siding is stained, but I don't know if its sealed, it rough cut cedar, and some is smooth. I'm going to spray his well house and let him look at it with 1%, thanks again.
