Interesting picture, in one shot I've got four of the most bleach sensitive plants out there. Nandina, ferns, roses, and Boxwood. On jobs such as this it really pays to give extra attention to landscaping and use your plant wash even though you're only using a .5% mix on the vinyl.
No gutters? Nightmare! Florida houses are so confusing we get more rain than the rest of the US but have less gutters than anyone else?

All the year round sunshine has fried y'all brains down south. Detatched garages in the midwest have gutters, let alone homes :)

at least where im from " gutters and screens in the windows don't go on high end homes?" they say it gives it a sleeker look?? I had to buy all new screens for 27 windows...

I believe on the eastern shore MD a high end home is a double wide with the wheels off.
