I've seen several posts of guys that have done a neighborhood/apartment complex that show before and after pics of the neighborhood. Where do you get current arieal pictures of before & after shots of a neighborhood. This duplex complex has 47 units on one street.
Can someone assist me with this?

The easiest way is to capture a screenshot while using Google Earth view. Then check back frequently for when they update the view.

Thanks, is there a frequency as to how often they recycle?

Unfortunately there isn't one that we know about... Or you could hire a company that does aerial photography if you want to spend that kind of money. lol

Google Earth is on a three year rotation. However you may be on month 35 so capture that before shot every time you clean a good one.

Keep an eye for the Google Earth update or as Zach said, hire someone that does aerial photography. It may not be as expensive as you think. These kind of shots can be taken with small drone Phantoms now. I actually have a guy in my neighborhood that does this type of work.
