The certification page has had a few updates. You will notice that there are now 4 distinct sections.
1. Softwashing Responsibilities and Safety (5 modules) 2. Softwashing Science, Mixology and Techniques (5 modules) 3. Softwashing Sales (5 modules) 4. Softwashing Business (5 modules)
The Introduction To Soft Wash Window Cleaning is part of group 2.
We will have a completely new testing system coming available this week. You will now take a single test after completing all of the modules associated with your certification. The tests will be open book so take lots of notes. Downloadable workbooks are available when you purchase the "packages" or the NEW Certified Applicator Program Binder that will include three DVD's ( One Workbooks, One Modules, One Content) This binder will include tabs for you to print and organize your workbooks and will also be highlighted by a content CD ? DVD that will have many of AC's mentioned docs as well as many not discussed that AC created over his tenure at Mallard Systems and TerraClean.

Is there anyway to get the workbooks without the colored background and colored seal. I'm not hiring just yet but plan to. I want a full color copy for the office but want to print out black and white copies for employees. Colored printing just takes a ton of ink....:}

Doug when you print just change the settings in the printer option to black and white. You can do that with anything you print.
