Spray Wash Exterior Cleaning had the opportunity to clean this 90,000 sqf storage facility, located in Tallahassee, Florida on February 3, 2014. The Dryvit exterior was in desperate need of a cleaning and we we able to safely, properly and expertly provide this service.
Soft-washing is the only recommended method for cleaning Dryvit or other synthetic stucco materials. High pressure can literally destroy this type of siding, ripping holes though the stucco material and introduce water into the substructure, which can cause, rot, mold, and thousands of dollars in damage!
Even though this business was open to the public, the capable Spray Wash Crews were able to clean it during business hours, making sure the public stayed safe (and dry) during the one day process!

Do you know where we can get this type of info for marketing purposes? I assume the manufacturers websites or data sheets but it would be nice to have the actual verbiage and location of the verbiage to share with potential clients.
Awesome job by the way!

It specifically states in those Dryvit created documents NOT to wash at greater than 600 PSI. If you read them ( especially #152), what they are describing is SoftWashing...they just aren't calling it "SoftWashing"

Mike: I had a bunch of mud-wasps that needed direct attention, so I got a lift, didn't use poles.
Edward: 2%, extra GW, multiple coats in most areas. Used 125 gallons of SH on job.
