Also, it looks like when I purchase the Lead Tech I wont get the info for the Assistant Tech....is this true or do you get all modules below the grade that you purchase (how it should be like I said above)?

Yes you need to purchase the assistant tech package separately. You may want to just look into the Go Unlimited Plan. You can upgrade forward but not reverse.

So I should purchase the assistant package today for $199.......finish that one and then buy the lead tech for $100, then buy the master later for $600 more?
I would probably prefer this over the monthly cost.....it might take over 12 months of hard work just to get to where I feel I could be at the master point. I would hate to push myself to master too quickly or feel forced to rush to complete.

Over and over for one year by the one person they were bought for. If you need a multiple seat license look at the Go Unlimited program.

The unlimited training is a selling feature. I have a copy of the 10 classes in my presentation. I explain that all of my employees watch these web based videos. I give example that in most businesses the senior guy trains the new guy. What happens when experience guy leave? I always have a solid knowledge base with my guys that is always added on. If you are selling a small business owner, he sees value in that
