I feel that 40 would be great if you can get it at that price..If they say no drop them to 33, there is no way that those 3 in the pic can take you even an hour, so that puts you just at $100 and hour.. So thats 16 groups of 3 so about 1500 for the day.. not a bad day.. And at 40 thats even a better margin

As you know those are easy to clean, make sure there is water at each building. But yeah 200hr or 1500/day is what we shoot for. If you are already doing stuff there and are adding this to your project you have more wiggle room.... $30 each.

Even though they probably didn't ask, keep price higher and lightly clean the brick areas below vinyl as you will get clean streaks on the brick.

Depending on where your water source is I would go no lower than 30 per section. You should be able to do 5 of them in about a 1/2 hr. or less.

That seems about right to me. I would not go under thirty five though. SHould be an easy sell. If it was me I would tell them that I would typically charge $50 each because they are considered a two story cleaning, but because there are so many of them I will do it for the single story price of $40

How many can you do in a day.
1. Set up time. 2. Take down time. 3. Dealing with kids going to school in morn and home in mid afternoon. 4. Rinse water. 5. Windows.
I bet it would be stretching it to get 20 done a day!
I'd try to get close to 100 bucks each. Like $98.99 ish.....
Remember if it takes two days to do them, (which it will) you need to be at MIN $3,000.00 and hopefully close to $4,000.00.

Just wondering how this project panned out. I know it was a while ago but...
Just curious. I was thinking $40 each. There are over 50 of them on site. Vinyl.
