I needed this reminder maybe more for me than even what we expect of our employees. Lead by example.

With the 2016 season warming up and getting into full swing, I wanted to give this thread a fresh bump to remind people to keep safe out there.
I found this linked video assoiated to the original that Edward Yackenovich that was worth watching - a reminder about walking backwards on roofs, and using proper PPE for the situation.
And St. Patrick's Day is March 17th - remind the crews to watch how much they drink if they are working the following Friday and to consider taking the role of the ground person if they drink the night before.
