We are starting this project on wednesday of this week. I know in the spraying surfaces module, it says to use a 2% mix on stucco. However, as the pictures show there are several different types of surfaces here and the stucco is not really dirty. I was thinking of just using a 1% mix and on the few bad spots using a pump sprayer. What do you guys think? Do you see any other potential trouble spots? Thanks!
YES on the 1% and using a pump sprayer at 2% for the tough stuff. Good plan.
BTW I am in Savannah this week.

I can't tell for sure, but it looks like some rust stains right underneath where the railing bolts are. Definitely keep F9 in your truck if you don't already.
