What exactly is required to become softwash authorized. I know you need 8 hrs of hands on, but what about the modules? If I take the modules for lead tech am I considered softwash authorized....or do you have to take all the modules to become softwash authorized.
Nor did I, completed all the modules and am about to get my hands on. Hope that Terra Wash is the wonder mix for tile roofs as not everything is mold and the green wash doesn't always release the remaining residual with as little pressure as a garden hose like we claim.

Mike there are some growths like Moss and lichen that will not just loosen up, with any surfactant on the market. Although they will come off over time and it all comes down to setting up the customers expectations.

Got it Zach,
I need to set the expectations for the homeowner. I just have very high expectations for myself and do not like to leave a property in the hands of mother nature. My customers are usually high end and expect results before payment. I am having no problems with mold, mildew and moss. Those jobs clean up beautifully. It's the big house that has not been cleaned in over twenty years next to a highway or a school where things are being kicked up in the air and settling down. I know we all love AC's products but is there times when other agents would help or when its not releasing should I double up on the Green Wash. Still kinda knew at tile so just looking for some advice.
Thanks for the feedback!
