We probably need a section Property Protection. How long after driveway is sealed do you recommend waiting for softwashing. I just sold a job and the house and downspout is right on the driveway. Its also on the most dirty side of house. I told homeowner we would wait until October.

Drive way was sealed last week. We did the roof, not the house, but no issues. I would play it safe and go for mid september since it is the dirtiest part.

Tim,
We did a home similar to what you have described earlier this year. We used 30' of black 4" non perforated plastic drainage pipe to divert the run off and final rinse of gutters into the woods. I couldn't reschedule and the neighbors were interested in having work done as well. Both the homeowner and neighbors were impressed with the results and our ability to overcome this challenge. We also flooded the seal coating with a sprinkler during the whole process. We closed three more jobs thanks to our efforts.

Exactly What I did. Divert divert divert
and then one time you forget to divert on an old concrete driveway, and land a job from the run off.

or just bag the gutter then it doesn't matter when it was sealed...well you should be bagging all of the gutters and you will never have a problem.. it cost next to nothing and takes maybe 2 extra min

Lee,
That's another option and we have used bags in the past but in this case I really didn't want to put my trust in a bag.
