Got a call for a party tent(100'x40') cleaning that is white vinyl with some mildew/algae but it's pretty much just dirt from being left out during Huricane Sandy last year. The picture I've attached is of another Eureka of similar size. They want it cleaned inside and out and yes it's already set up. Can I use a house wash mix on this? Any suggestions(mixes, pricing, etc) would be welcomed.
Yes and I'd use 1% followed by a rinse. It should come out great Hank.

Agreed 1% it will come out great. Heavy on the Green Wash.

Thanks for the feedback. After going back and forth with the owner of this tent and standing firm on my price we were awarded the contract. We have done some rescheduling, to assist the kids summer camp(owner), and now have it scheduled for this Thursday.

You MAY also find a gray black streaking simular to gutter oxidation on the surface after cleaning. Set an expectation level with customer. It can be removed with hand scrubbing like a gutter. Make sure you get paid forthat.

Thanks for the heads up. We were scheduled to do it tomorrow but we are expecting anywhere from 1 1/2" to 2" of rain in the next 24 hours. We've rescheduled for Friday. I'm glad my customers are understanding.
