Synthetic Stucco...how far is too far gone? Even as bad as this stucco was, it still cleaned up great!
Used a 2.5% SH and green wash mixture, then cut pressure back on PW to removed the thick dead mats of alage and lichen in problem areas. Finished with a hose rinse of entire property. Delighted with results, and I'm sure the business owner will be as well!
Very nice Ray. I would expect nothing less from a Pro-Staffer.

That came out superb Ray, I'd love to get to clean stucco. It's not common at all in Mass.

Great job as usual. Although I had hoped to see a boom lift or crane in a Spray Wash before and after photo and thought you could have at least used a scissor lift for those columns:) Hope things are going well.

SoftWash Systems chems are absolutely the salvation for Dryvit and EAFIS surfaces.
