Chris we apply our solution first then we power wash after to give it the best deep clean as possable. Just leaving tbe solution on the concrete dosent deliver the best results in my opinion.

doug look a little closer. there are lines all thru out the cleaned portion. He used the wand for it all. Secondly if he did trim it out then use a surface cleaner he would have really been wasting his time. But he did not do that he was wanding the whole thing.

Can you imagine doing a walk way with a 0 tip.....
What type of contaminates do you get around your area? Is that carbon buildup from all the vehicles? or just organic growth? or a combo?
will softwashing alone work on your sidewalks like the one pictured?
