The spec are my favorite. We crush up ritz crackers for batter and fry them in peanut oil.
Been too busy with family etc to fish lately. Plus the trout down here get worms during the summer.
I did just put some new braided line on my reel that I'm dying to use.
nice pics!

My oldest son caught 2 keepers. We got several Spanish, sailcats, and ladyfish as well. Typical surf jumble.

I got out of the boat biz years back. I am getting the itch though. I was hunting cobia hard just before I met my wife, you know where this is going. Great woman, something had to give. I hunt hard now, but fishing is still in my blood.

man, besides playing golf, fishing comes in a close second. One of my helpers "the roof cat" lives in Bradenton and his dad has a 19.5 skiff. We run around emerson point and terra ciea bay...well used too.
6 month old at home, head coach of my 5yr olds baseball team and then this stuff takes a lot of time. Now when I have time I spend it with my son, no golf or fishing ( I wade fish with him sometimes but not recently).
My wife is a carreer girl turned full time mommy for the last 5 years for the better of our kids. We plan on her getting back to work when my daughter is 5. Then I'll get a little slack in the rope and hopefully get a 21 yellowfin! yea right.. so for now it's tuition and diapers for this guy.
