Here a project in Tallahassee, Florida. It was truly some of the worst vinyl siding we had ever encountered in years if cleaning homes. High pressure is a definite "NO" when it comes to vinyl siding. It can force water behind the siding which can cause premature rot too the sheathing, and even mold growth which can be a health hazard to the residents !
Spray Wash Exterior Cleaning used its custom blend of cleaning agents, surfactants, biocides to restore this home to its like new luster!

Hey Ray
Rob Carey here out of Iowa...
Absolutely GREAT JOB on this house. For years we would run from jobs like this.
What is the biocide you use in your mix? Do you use it in your roof mix also?
Thanks for sharing.. or PM me if you dont want to post?
Thanks, Rob Carey

When you wash siding like this, how do you rinse off the bleach? or do you leave everything sit on the siding?

Maybe we should use washing as a sideline for flipping real estate ;).
Imagine buying the real estate when it looks like the "before," and how much more it would sell for after, LOL!

I just did a "flipper" last week and bid one yesterday. I did a demo for one of the partners and he was amazed with what the roof looked like but was even more impressed with the soffit and fascia! He realized they would not need to paint if they hired me. When I was done he said the same thing Ray said.....he was putting me on speed dial.
Just waiting on the okie dokie from his partner.
